What to Expect:*

•⁠ We start the day with a guided short 20 min up hill hike through the hills to arrive at the sanctuary ( option to drive for those who cant hike ) . ( We recommend this walk as it’s a form of pilgrimage, an outer journey of leaving the world of business behind as we move up into the sanctuary of wild serenity.)
•⁠Time to just be, adjust yourself to simply being and rejuvenate in the stunning,pristine wild location of the sanctuary
•⁠A nourishing, delicious Indian vegetarian lunch and refreshments
•⁠A guided short walk to experience the landscape around the sanctuary and a meditation with an incredible view of the main local majestic mountain
•⁠An late afternoon sound immersion concert of ancient Raag music in our music shala, as a balm for the heart, allowing the music to be the inner pilgrimage to the heart
•⁠Chai and snacks
•⁠Sunset meditation and ceremony at the site for the sunheart temple we will be building. This site is perched with a breathtaking and expansive west facing sunset view .

The sanctuary is held in blissful wilderness high in Serra De Estrela ,far from roads or houses. This place is full of pristine life force.

With offerings and ceremony we open our hearts to the sacred reciprocity that exists between us the spirit of the mountains, the golden light of the sun set view and the light within

Eartha is trained shamanka for 25 years with a strong lineage with andean shamanism.

The music concert of healing Indian Raags will take us deeper into our hearts with support of the nature all around, played on Bansuri by Jason Kalidas , a 25 year trained Indian classical Musician, the Raags are supported by the ancient healing sound Instruments called Tanpuras played by Eartha Love .
